Project Update

I am loving the flannel baby quilt! All that is left is to finish the binding. It is soooo snuggly. I'm working on the binding for the quilt class I took. My first log cabin. I love the contrast between the black and white and the bright blues. It really makes me want to get a machine that does embroidery as well, so I'm looking for one. Janome Memory Craft 9700 looks like a valid option but I'm still looking around.

I have the top finished for my mil's Horse quilt, I'm a little nervous because I'm not using batting, just using the fleece back by itself.

So this is going to be my way of keeping motivated. Lately I just haven't been as motivated to finish the quilts that I've started. Currently I working on a baby boy quilt kit that I bought at Quilt Sampler. I also have all the fabrics to start my advent quilt made from Elizabeth Hartman's pattern on her Oh Frannson!! blog.
